Do I have to pay publication fees for my article? (APC, article processing charge)
If the journal to which you are submitting your article is included in the national agreement, you do not have to pay a publication fee (APC).

Is this effective and for how long?
The renewal of the agreement is already effective and was negotiated until December 31, 2026 (date of acceptance).

How do I submit?
You submit your article and you fill in your corresponding institution name. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow. The detection of your institution’s eligibility to free OA under this agreement is systematic and semi-automated.
