We would like to bring to your attention a new open access article published in 4open “COVID-19: Pandemic Surgery Guidance”. The article, by Björn L.D.M. Brücher and over thirty other experts for the Pandemic Surgery Guidance Consortium (PSGC), provides guidance to address the special issues related to the exponential spread of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

EPJ N is pleased to introduce the first free article in its ‘Key Summaries’ series. This ‘Key Summary’ offers an easy to understand description of the topical issue “Progress in the Science and Technology of Nuclear Reactors using Molten Salts” published in EPJ N. The special issue is guest edited by Jan L. Kloosterman, Elsa Merle, and Jean Ragusa and features 10 articles investigating a reactor type that could make nuclear fission both safer and cleaner.

EPJ Nuclear Sciences & Technologies (EPJ N) is pleased to announce the completion of the topical issue, “Progress in the Science and Technology of Nuclear Reactors using Molten Salts”, guest edited by Jan Leen Kloosterman (TU Delft), Elsa Merle (LPSC-IN2P3-CNRS, UJF, Grenoble INP) and Jean Ragusa (Texas A&M University). The two remaining articles and editorial have been published open access bringing the topical issue to a close.

MMNP is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing multi-disciplinary content on mathematical modelling.
